| Tom Carney is President and CEO of T and C Industries, Inc. and President of National Paint Equipment. Tom worked at Fluid Management during its formation as the CFO. Tom was one of the driving forces behind the scenes in the purchases and assimilation of Miller, Harbil and Strastint. He has over 11 years in the paint industry.

| Steve Cope, NPE�s VP of sales and marketing, developed sales and marketing literature, sales organizations, and national accounts for companies such as Datacolor, Fluid Management and Highland Labs for 18 years. Among his key accounts were The Lowe�s Companies, Benjamin Moore & Co., Ace Hardware Corp and ICI Paints and The Valspar Corporation.

| Larry Jensen, our service/sales engineer, spent 27 years at Fluid Management working in the manufacturing arena at one time as plant manager of Harbil. Larry also sold and installed automatic colorant dispensers for the paint and ink industries while at Fluid. He spent many years in service as the training instructor running the Training Center in Wheeling and qualifying many of the current service representatives in the field today.
